Delivery information
All orders over £499 will be delivered for free. For orders of lower values, we calculate delivery based on the type of product you are buying. We calculate delivery on the item in your basket which is most expensive to deliver. For example, if you buy some taps and a basin, tap delivery is £10, basin delivery is £35, so you would be charged £35.

Collection Policy
If required, you may collect your goods from our warehouse. In this case you will not be charged for delivery. Simply select the "Customer collection" option when prompted in the order process. Warehouse opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 4.30pm.
You must present a copy of your order confirmation email when collecting an order.
