How does the site work?
Our website works just like any other ecommerce website. Each time you add a product to your basket you are shown the contents of your basket and the total value of your order.
If you want to change the quantity of a product in your basket, simply go to the basket, update the quantity of the item in question and click 'Update row'.
If you want to delete an item from your basket you can check the 'delete' checkbox next to the item in question and click 'Update row'. The item will then be removed and the postage recalculated.
The site is not working.
Our website uses cookies to store information about your order. Cookies are harmless and are designed to make the shopping experience better for you. If the website is not allowing you to add products to the shopping basket then it is probably because you have disabled cookies. You can enable cookies in your web browser preferences.
If you continue to have problems with your order then we suggest you telephone your order. The telephone order line is shown below and is available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
I do not want to give my credit card over the internet.
Our payments are handled by Paypal - leaders in secure online payments. If however, you are not happy giving your credit card details to Paypal then you can place an order online and telephone us to make a credit or debit card payment. When calling please have your order number ready.

How much does it cost to deliver?
Delivery cost is based on (a) what type of items you order and (b) where you live.
We only charge you for delivery of the single most expensive item to deliver in your order. For example, if you order a bath, basin and w/c, you will be charged once for the delivery cost of a bath. If you order a bath and 10 basins, you will still only be charged for the delivery of one bath.
The delivery charges of our products are graded according to the product category. The categories, delivery method and charges are:

I would like to collect my goods from the London warehouse
If required, you may collect your goods from our London warehouse. In this case you will not be charged for delivery. Simply select the "Customer collection" option when prompted to select a delivery county. Warehouse opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 4.30pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm.
